Why Charles Bare?

  • Governmental Experience - Worked on federal level as program reviewer, criminal investigator and Congressional District Representative.  Worked at the University of West Florida as the Director of Governmental Relations and served as the liaison for local, state and federal government.
  • Military Veteran - Served in Babylon, Iraq as a Civil Affairs Captain working to help rebuild the economy of Iraq.  Also managed projects to bring aid from sources all over the world for the Iraqi People.
  • Community Involvement - Member of Catholic Charities of Northwest Florida Board of Directors, Graduate of Leadership Pensacola. Former Chairman of the Youth Leadership Pensacola Program. Director of Chapters for UWF National Alumni Association. Chairman of Missions and Outreach Council of First United Methodist Church of Pensacola. Former Chairman of Early Learning Coalition.
  • Educational Qualifications - Earned Bachelor of Legal Administration and Master of Public Administration with a specialization in Coastal Zone Studies from UWF and have taken numerous Federal Emergency Management Courses.
  • Business Experience - Owner of Catalyst Technology which provides technology services to both small businesses and homeowners.  Have provided leadership and organizational training to local companies and for international organizations.
